Searching for venue hire Nottinghamshire? Our nine-acre glamping field near Newark-on-Trent is the perfect place for a celebration. 

We host everything from corporate events, wedding receptions, music festivals, birthday parties, yoga retreats and hen dos, with space for up to 499 guests.

If you need overnight accommodation, we can also sleep up to 35 people across our holiday cottage, lodge, glamping pods and bell tents. We also allow additional tents and campervans at our Newark event space.

Marquee and Pagoda Rental

We have two marquees and two pagodas that we can pitch on site to host your celebration, providing a sheltered space for you to dine and party.​

  • PVC marquee: this 18x9-metre marquee can accommodate 120 people seated and 250 standing

  • Canvas and wooden-pole marquee: measures 12x30 metres and can accommodate up to 400 guests

  • Two Chinese hat pagodas: each one measures 5x5 metres and can host up to 40 people

Venue Hire Extras

  • Dance floor: we offer a 4.5x4.5-metre parquet dance floor which is perfect for celebrations. We’ll set this up inside your marquee and pagoda to provide the perfect party space.

  • Outdoor activities: our field to rent is perfect for outdoor adventure activities. We offer adventure activities such as axe throwing, archery and air rifle shooting to spice up your celebration.

  • Facilities: chat to us about arranging toilet facilities for your event. We have two eco-composting toilets and gas-fired showers available for guests staying overnight in our bell tents.
